Terms and Conditions:

1. Gift Certificate Purchase:
a. The minimum amount for a gift certificate purchase is $135-$145.
b. To purchase a gift certificate, customers can scan the QR code provided on our flyers or newsletters or visit our website (or they can directly click this link).
c. Once the customer submits their details through the form, we will contact them within 48 hours to confirm the purchase and arrange payment.
d. Gift certificates will be issued electronically via email or through physical delivery upon request.

2. Gift Certificate Usage:
a. Gift certificates are valid for all services provided by Integrated Cleaning Solutions.
b. Each gift certificate is for one-time use and cannot be reused or combined with other gift certificates.
c. Gift certificates have a 1-year expiration.

3. Refund and Cancellation:
a. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and a processing fee may apply.
b. To initiate a refund or cancellation, customers must contact Integrated Cleaning Solutions directly and provide the necessary purchase details.

4. Gift Certificate Redemption:

b. Gift certificates must be presented or mentioned at the time of booking.
c. The value of the gift certificate will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
d. If the service's total cost exceeds the gift certificate value, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates:
a. Integrated Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
b. Gift certificates should be treated like cash, and their safekeeping is the customer's responsibility.
c. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Transferability:
a. Gift certificates are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the certificate was issued.
b. Gift certificates cannot be sold or resold without the explicit permission of Integrated Cleaning Solutions.

7. Additional Guidelines:
a. Integrated Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to refuse the use of a gift certificate if fraudulent activity is suspected.
b. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
c. If you purchased a considerable amount of gift certificates and there was any unused portion, we could make that credit towards future services.
d. The terms and conditions of gift certificates are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect previously purchased gift certificates.
