ROUTINE/ MAINTENANCE CLEANING

BATHROOMS

• Tile walls, grout, bathtubs, & showers scrubbed

• Glass shower doors cleaned

• Countertops and backsplashes washed

• Sinks cleaned faucets cleaned and polished

• Mirrors cleaned

• Light fixtures, blinds, windowsills, lock ledges, doors, moldings, pictures, and knick-knacks dusted

• Rugs shaken or vacuumed and Floors vacuumed & mopped

• Toilets cleaned & sanitized top to bottom

• Spot wipe cabinet fronts

• Empty and reline wastebaskets

KITCHEN

• Clean and polish outside of all appliances & inside of microwave

• Stove top, grates/drip pans scrubbed and stovetop polished

• Wash countertops & backsplash

• Clean sinks & shine faucets

• Spot wipe cabinet fronts (time permitting)

• Light fixtures, blinds, windowsills, lock ledges, doors, moldings, pictures, and knick-knacks dusted

• Rugs shaken or vacuumed and floors vacuumed & mopped

• Empty and reline wastebaskets

BEDROOMS AND OTHER ROOMS

• Fans & light fixtures, blinds, windowsills, lock ledges, doors, moldings, pictures, and knick-knacks dusted

• Vacuum & mop all floors, carpets, rugs, & stairs

• Clean glass & mirrored surfaces

• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed (as requested- clean sheets must be left on or near bed; additional sheet changes must be communicated in advance and are an small additional fee)

• Furniture dusted

• Empty and reline wastebaskets

• Note: For best results, we recommend you have your home picked up, clutter and surfaces minimized, and dishes cleaned/ sinks emptied prior to our arrival.

DEEP CLEANING

Everything included in the Routine / Maintenance cleaning cleaned by hand, with emphases and focus on removing build-up, plus the following:

• Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed or wiped)

• Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach* (hand washed in place/globes not removed)

• Cobwebs removed throughout.

• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)**

• Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

• Uncluttered shelves and surfaces (hand wiped)

• Furniture (wiped & polished, fronts, sides, legs)

• Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

• Outside of appliances cleaned & polished / inside microwave cleaned

• Stovetop, grates or drip pans, kand knobs scrubbed and polished and hood cleaned and polished

• All Cabinet fronts and pulls (hand washed or wiped)

• All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)

• Light switch plates (hand washed)

• Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed & sanitized)

• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected) & faucets cleaned/polished

• Mirrors (cleaned)

• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed to remove build-up)***

• Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed

• Stairs (vacuumed/mopped), railings wiped

• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

• Upholstery vacuumed

• Inside of oven cleaned (upon request- self cleaning cycle should be completed prior to our arrival)

• Vacant homes Only: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets hand washed or wiped- (upon request- must be empty)

• Vacant homes Only: Inside of refrigerator and freezer cleaned (upon request- must be empty)

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture or items over 20lbs, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

** We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Cleaning excessive build-up on blinds and shutters is very time-consuming and poses a high risk for breaking slats therefore, may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service.

*** Excessive buildup on shower tiles, grout, and glass enclosures will be thoroughly scrubbed however may occasionally require multiple subsequent visits to remove all layers of mold, soap scum, and buildup. Please note that mold in, on, or under caulking can not be safely removed and will be avoided. We do not clean shower curtains.

**** Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. We recommend changing the air filters monthly as well as after a deep cleaning.
